To participate in the Illinois Net metering program, you must live in one of the Government Aggregation communities we serve. Start by dowloading and completing the Net Metering application.
Once complete, please return the application to:

We will then submit the application to Ameren or ComEd for approval. Once approved, you will be enrolled in the net metering program.
